Sunday Afternoon Message-Our Search For Happiness

This is where all happiness is found

Its always been a ' Mac Isaac" Family joke about our Sunday attire following church and then Mom's 10 hour naps.  PJ's yes, nap yes, but 10 hours NO. Before I drift off in my Sabbath Day rest  I want to start sharing scriptures and Sunday lessons in my blog.  We get so many wonderful things at church.  Some people never can understand three hours of church but I can honestly say it goes quickly,  I need it,  I need to refresh and renew my commitment to find that peace and happiness that only the Saviors plan can offer. I am grateful to know how many cherished members of our family worship each Sunday.  I am grateful that they teach their family the importance of being one of Gods people.  So many great things were heard today  but my favorite is the following scripture.

Mosiah 2:41

41And moreover, I would desire that ye should consider on the blessed and ahappy state of those that keep the commandments of God. For behold, they are bblessed in all things, both temporal and spiritual; and if they hold out cfaithful to the end they are received into dheaven, that thereby they may dwell with God in a state of never-ending happiness. O remember, remember that these things are true; for the Lord God hath spoken it.

Our family is never at a loss on how to be happy, build happy fun family traditions, but true happiness comes from following the Savior and his plan for all of our salvation.

I challenge all of our children to continue in faith and attendance at church.  Your testimonies will grow and you will be better prepared to face all that may be throw your way.  The adversary plan is to pick each one of us off one at a time.  Your ward family, your earthly family all these things are tools to keep us safe within the Saviors fold.

We love you all and pray for all that you , your families and those things that Mark and I stand in need of.  I hope you can share this scripture with your families and let them know how important it is to Nonnie and Grandpa.

Love Mom, Nonnie
